1/4 cup organic extra-virgin olive oil

3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
(or other vinegar if preferred)

Juice of 1/2–1 lemon or lime
(omit for evening snack)

1/4 cup cilantro leaves
(optional)

1–2 garlic cloves, pressed
(or as many as desired for taste)

Salt and pepper to taste
(Himalayan sea salt is preferred)
Mix all ingredients and transfer to a spritzer bottle. Makes 1 cup, which should last three months refrigerated.
