1 cup rolled oats, steel-cut oats, or 1 package Quaker Oats High Fiber Instant Oatmeal

1–2 Tbsp ground flaxseed

1/4 to 1/2 cup blueberries

1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract, more or less to taste
Prepare oatmeal according to directions. Stir in flaxseed and blueberries, and serve.
