Olive oil cooking spray

Salmon fillets
( 2–6 oz. for women; 3–8 oz. for men )

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp freshly grated ginger

1 tsp chives
-
3 Tbsp organic butter or Smart Balance
( softened to room temperature )

Salt and pepper to taste
Arrange salmon on baking sheet that has been sprayed with olive oil. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and brush onto salmon. Broil for a few minutes until salmon is flaky.
