Smoked Turkey Melt

Ingredients
  • Smoked turkey, sliced ( 2–4 oz. for women; 3–6 oz. for men )
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegenaise, Smart Balance Light Mayonnaise, or grape seed oil mayonnaise
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced cucumber ( 1 slice for women; 2 slices for men )
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Ezekiel bread*, toasted ( 1 slice for women; 2 slices for men )
  • 3/4 oz. smoked cheddar cheese ( optional )
* Substitute millet bread if gluten-sensitive
Directions
Stack ingredients on bread. Melt cheese over sandwich in sandwich maker or toaster oven (optional). Serve for lunch only; no carbs after 6 PM.
