Classico or Newman's Own Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions for al dente; in skillet, brown ground beef, onion, garlic, seasoning mix, garlic, salt, and pepper; add browned meat and onion to pasta sauce in saucepan and heat through; serve over pasta (1/2–1 cup for women; 1 cup for men). Serve for lunch only; no carbs after 6 PM.
